Refund policy

We only offer exchanges, no refunds, as our items are made to order. We make each item after you've placed an order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact me immediately so we can come up with a solution via neidesboutique@gmail.com .

Any items being exchanged must be in the condition it was sent and must be processed within a 14-day window. All shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding. 

For printed items we offer a 24hr window for cancellation, after that time-frame, we're unable to stop production.
